The rooms are exactly like they are in the photos, so guests can expect no surprises upon arrival. Lastly, the fact that breakfast is included is a nice touch, adding value to the stay.

The noise insulation in the rooms was terrible, it was too noisy. the balcony was small and not very comfortable.

Sunny Residence Complex was a great find for my recent stay. the location was perfect - just a short walk to the nearest beach and close to the bus station for easy access to Nessebar old town. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were exactly as shown in the photos - clean, comfortable, and with fresh towels provided daily. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included was a nice bonus.

Located in a great area, within walking distance to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The breakfasts were tasty and offered a good variety. The air conditioning kept the room comfortable during hot days.

The lack of parking options was inconvenient. Cleaning could have been better, as there was some dust in the room upon arrival. The towels were not changed frequently enough.

The hotel's location is great, close to the beach, shops, and a low-priced TMarket. It's also right next to Aldo supermarket. Staff is friendly and attentive, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is delicious.
